Frequently asked Questions

Select your current Trimester and Week from the top dropdowns, then choose your Side slept on, Back arm position, and Morning comfort score (1–5). Click the Log this week button to calculate your rolling average comfort score and store the entry in your active session log.

Choose Between knees in the Back arm position field if you are in your third trimester and experiencing pelvic girdle or hip pain. Positioning the rear arm between your knees keeps your knees 6 to 10 inches apart, which levels your pelvis and prevents your top hip from rotating forward overnight.

Yes, you can share or print your logged entries directly from your browser. Click Print log to generate a clean paper copy or PDF summary to bring to your prenatal appointment, or click Share log to copy your total weeks logged and average comfort score to your clipboard.

Select Alternated in the Side slept on menu if you switch sides during the night. Waking up on your right side is safe in uncomplicated pregnancies; the primary goal recorded by the tool is preventing prolonged flat supine positioning rather than locking you into left-side sleeping exclusively.
