Here’s how it our Skill Mark works:

  1. Criteria Definition: Each badge is associated with specific criteria that must be met, such as completing a training program, achieving performance milestones, or participating in community service.

  2. Data Collection: We collect data through verified sources, including user submissions, partner organizations, and educational institutions. This ensures that all achievements are accurately represented.

  3. Verification Process: Once data is collected, our team reviews it for authenticity. This may involve cross-referencing with official records or requiring supporting documentation.

  4. Issuance: Upon successful verification, badges are issued digitally. Each badge includes unique identifiers that link back to the original achievement, allowing others to easily verify it.

  5. Data Integrity: We prioritize data integrity by implementing strict security protocols. Our collection methods comply with relevant data protection regulations, ensuring user information remains confidential and secure.

  6. User Control: Users can control their badges and choose how and when to share them on various platforms, such as LinkedIn.
