Here’s how it our Skill Mark works:
Criteria Definition: Each badge is associated with specific criteria that must be met, such as completing a training program, achieving performance milestones, or participating in community service.
Data Collection: We collect data through verified sources, including user submissions, partner organizations, and educational institutions. This ensures that all achievements are accurately represented.
Verification Process: Once data is collected, our team reviews it for authenticity. This may involve cross-referencing with official records or requiring supporting documentation.
Issuance: Upon successful verification, badges are issued digitally. Each badge includes unique identifiers that link back to the original achievement, allowing others to easily verify it.
Data Integrity: We prioritize data integrity by implementing strict security protocols. Our collection methods comply with relevant data protection regulations, ensuring user information remains confidential and secure.
User Control: Users can control their badges and choose how and when to share them on various platforms, such as LinkedIn.

Dr. Michelle L. Klein and Dr. Jennifer Cerasoli are actively involved in the management of pediatric data. Their approach to data management includes several key practices:
Pediatric Endocrinology

Dr. Cerasoli joined the practice in 2009. After completing her undergraduate degree in Biology and Society at Cornell University, she obtained her medical degree at New York Medical College. She completed her pediatric residency at Mount Sinai Hospital where she served as Pediatric Chief Resident. Dr. Cerasoli is actively involved in teaching medical students and residents and coordinates Uptown Pediatrics’ satellite clinic for pediatric trainees. Dr. Cerasoli is particularly interested in child advocacy and outreach to children with developmental disabilities. She is a Spanish speaker and the mom of two wonderful boy and a lovely baby girl.

Michelle Klein began working at Uptown Pediatrics in 2008. A California native, Dr. Klein received her BA in Neuroscience from UCLA, her master’s degree in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, and her medical degree from New York Medical College. Dr. Klein completed her pediatric residency, chief residency, and pediatric endocrinology fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital. She was honored with the Arnold Gold Humanism in Medicine Teaching Award. Dr. Klein is interested in growth in children born and abnormal pubertal development. Dr. Klein, who has three children, enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, dancing, & spending quality time with family.
